About Greg
Greg Caffiero graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College in 2003. After working as on OT for 8 years in both New York City and Maui, Greg decided to further his career and dedicate himself to the specialty field of Certified Hand Therapy. Greg was chosen as the 2011 Hand Therapy Fellow at Hospital for Special Surgery, the country's #1 orthopedic hospital, in New York City. He completed the 9-month mentored fellowship in 2012 and was then hired on by Hospital for Special Surgery's Hand Therapy Department, where he spent the following 2 years. As a nationally recognized Certified Hand Therapist, Greg was excited to return to the island of Maui in 2014, to serve the community with his knowledge, therapeutic approach and splint fabrication skills. He enjoys the hands-on, creative aspect of the CHT specialty.
Greg spends his free time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys surfing, diving, coaching youth hockey and playing mens hockey for Maui Inline Hockey Association.

About Charlotte
Charlotte Kennedy is a Maui girl. She was born and raised here until she moved to Saint Paul, Minnesota to earn an OT degree from the College of Saint Catherine. Her first introduction to hand therapy was in 1969 at King's Community Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She took an interest in it and eventually earned her Certified Hand Therapist credentials in California many years later. Her professional experience in California included an Arthritis Allied Health Fellowship at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital/UCLA, as well as several stroke rehab workshops.
In 2004, Charlotte returned home to Maui and now works as a part-time therapist at Maui Hand Therapy. She continues to facilitate self-help workshops on various chronic diseases. Outside of work, she is a master gardener and beekeeper, and aspires to be a better golfer.
